House rules Casa Fionn

  1. No smoking allowed, either inside the house or in the jacuzzi / terrace area. Please use bins the front of the house and empty regularly.
  2. No glasses in the jacuzzi or surrounding area. Plastic/melamine glasses and bowls are provided for use in this area.
  3. Never allow children to be alone in the jacuzzi at any time. They must always be accompanied by an adult.
  4. Please do not allow children on the balcony unsupervised.
  5. No pets allowed.
  6. No parties or events allowed.
  7. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
  8. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
  9. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
  10. Please tell us about any breakages or damages so that we can replace items or make repairs. Damages exceeding the security deposit must be paid for by guests.
  11. Please respect the other residents of the community in terms of noise levels. No loud music or noise after 10.30pm.
  12. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
  13. No unregistered guests allowed. All guests staying at the house must be registered with the authorities to comply with Spanish holiday letting laws.
  14. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
  15. Please turn off ceiling fans and other appliances when you go out.
  16. Doors and windows must be closed and locked (with security locks where available) when you go out, and the alarm activated.
  17. Please wash your dishes and take out the rubbish before you leave. There are rubbish bins and recycling bins at the end of the road for you to use during your stay.
  18. Please comply with the rules of Casa Fionn to avoid any penalties.
